do you idiots really think not wearing a kippa (or a hijab) is “neutral” how far up your own european ass do you have to be. i’m tired of this nonsense trend, y’all are reactionaries who don’t like people to be visibly non-christian around you, you know full well these policies favor christians who are not obligated to any special attire of that nature. so KEEP IT.
Nah these kind of rules usually have special exceptions for traditionally Christian garments, for example in some German states, wearing a veil was forbidden for Muslim female school teachers, but perfectly acceptable for teachers who happened to be Christian nuns.
Even here in Belgium this is the case, it’s completely okay to wear necklaces, bracelets with any christian symbol on them but in most of our High School’s wearing a hijab is not allowed. And I thought freedom of religion was in our constitution.
