I switched over to working for Caviar before this happened to me, but if you use postmates as a customer, be aware that the Postmates system AUTOMATICALLY FIRES (locks out) employees whose star rating falls below 4.6 out of 5.

If you rate your delivery driver a 3 or even 4 thinking that counts as a “good” or “passable” rating (as it logically would) you’re actually bringing their overall rating down and pushing them closer to getting dropped. Postmates expects all of its workers to be perfect 5/5’s.
